2003: This is a Low Cost Mobility Initiatives Support Programme, composed by I-ce together with 12 civil society organizations in Africa, Asia and Latin America. The partners in the developing countries have delivered on-going projects to provide poor people with non-motorized transport means and to promote facilities for cy-cling on the road. The partners indicated on which issues they need expertise from abroad. The aim of Locomotives is to strengthen civil society organisations in the promotion of low cost mobility with quality impulses and capacity building.
